Nice to meet you!
For most of my life, I believed that if I worked hard enough, achieved enough, and took care of everyone else, life would eventually feel easier.
Hi, I’m Christine.
For many years, I loved medicine. I loved caring for patients, mentoring trainees, and leading meaningful work. From the outside, my life looked successful. I had a career I was proud of, a wonderful husband, two incredible sons, and so much to be grateful for.
But somewhere along the way, success started costing me more than I realized.
Even when I was home, part of me was still at work—thinking about the next email, the next meeting, the next problem to solve. I kept telling myself things would settle down after the next milestone.
They never did.
The turning point wasn't leaving medicine. It was realizing I had slowly stopped listening to myself.
Over time, I had learned to trust my responsibilities more than my own needs, my own intuition, and my own voice.
Through coaching and a deeper understanding of my nervous system, I learned how to stop abandoning myself in the pursuit of success. I rebuilt self-trust and became calmer, steadier, and more present. The emails didn't stop, and the responsibilities didn't disappear. They simply no longer defined how I moved through my day.
Today, I help women in medicine do the same. Together, we rebuild self-trust so they can lead, work, and live in a way that feels sustainable.
Because I don't believe success should require self-sacrifice.
I believe you can build a meaningful career, care deeply about your work, and still have a life that feels like your own.
I'd be honored to help you get there.
Imagine feeling as successful on the inside as you look on the outside.
Imagine trusting yourself to make difficult decisions. Speaking up without replaying the conversation afterward. Being fully present with the people you love because work no longer follows you everywhere you go.
That's what sustainable success can feel like.
