You've Done Everything Right. So Why Does It Still Feel So Heavy?
Discover the hidden patterns that keep you questioning yourself.
You’re a successful woman in medicine.
But it never quite feels like enough.
From the outside, you look successful.
On the inside, it never feels quite secure.
When pressure rises, your brain leans on what’s worked before—and it becomes a pattern.
Your pattern might sound like this…
As a perfectionist, you learned to leave the imperfect, human parts of yourself behind…
✓ You triple-check every email and hate hitting send; what if you missed a mistake?
As a people-pleaser, you learned to trust everyone else’s voice before your own…
✓ You read the room and adjust, even when it costs you.
As a controller, you learned to distrust your own intuition, believing vigilance is the only way to keep things from falling apart…
✓ You make sure everyone does what they are supposed to do to keep them safe.
As an overthinker, you learned to abandon your emotions and body, believing your mind could keep you safe…
✓ You turn decisions over and over in your mind, hoping to see every angle and never be caught off guard.
As a fixer, you learned to believe everyone else’s needs were your responsibility and her own could wait…
✓ You jump in to fix other people’s problems, even before they ask
Most women recognize themselves in more than one.
But there’s usually one pattern you rely on most.
Your Hidden Pattern is the one you rely on most under pressure.
These patterns aren't who you are.
They helped you succeed.
They still feel like the safest move.
But when they become your default, they slowly pull you away from yourself and erode your ability to trust your own judgment.
They're protective responses your brain learned under pressure.
This quiz helps you see your pattern clearly, with compassion, not judgment.
In less than 2 minutes, you’ll identify your Hidden Pattern and start to understand how to shift it.
After taking this quiz, you’ll receive:

I'm a hematologist, Professor at Emory University, and a certified leadership coach for women in medicine. After many years in medicine, I had come to believe that working harder, achieving more, and carrying more responsibility would finally quiet the self-doubt. But it never happened. Instead, I became increasingly disconnected from myself. Through coaching and learning about the nervous system, self-compassion, mindfulness, and self-leadership, I realized that the very patterns that had helped me succeed were keeping me stuck. Today, I help women in medicine recognize those same protective patterns, rebuild self-trust, and create success from the inside out.
