Now I help women in medicine do the same.
I’m a practicing physician and transformational coach who burned out after years of over-functioning, perfectionism, and pushing past my limits. In 2022, with the help of coaching, I realized I didn’t need to make life harder than it already was.
Today, I teach women in medicine the exact tools that helped me reclaim my energy, confidence, and joy, without stepping away from the work they care deeply about.
My approach works because it blends the science of the nervous system with feminine-centered self-leadership so that you can create sustainable change from the inside out.
