You weren’t meant to survive your career. You were meant to thrive in it.
If burnout has become your baseline, this is your turning point.
In this short training, you’ll learn the 3 steps that helped me end my own burnout, and how you can begin using them today.
Reclaim Your Life
If you’re ready to stop living in survival mode and reconnect with the grounded, clear, capable version of yourself you know is still there, this is where that work begins.
Reclaim Your Life is a 4-month 1:1 coaching experience for women in medicine who are exhausted from carrying more than anyone realizes, yet still feel expected to keep going.
Inside RYL, you’ll learn how to:
Regulate your nervous system so your body stops living on high alert
Unwind the patterns of overworking, perfectionism, and over-responsibility
Build boundaries and habits that feel supportive rather than harsh
Live and lead from your values rather than your conditioning
My approach blends science and soul, structure and flexibility. It’s rooted in evidence-based tools and shaped by my own experience healing from burnout as a practicing physician. Together, we design a life that feels sustainable, intentional, and truly your own.
Ready to
Hi! I'm Christine Kempton
I’m a practicing physician and transformational coach who burned out while trying to hold everything together.
In 2022, coaching helped me wake up to how much harder I was making life than it needed to be. As I rebuilt my own well-being, I discovered a new way to work, lead, and live, one that honors both ambition and humanity. What I learned in my own recovery became the foundation of the framework I now teach.
Now I’m devoted to helping women in medicine reclaim their energy, confidence, and sense of self so they can create the impact they dream of without sacrificing their health or happiness. My approach works because it’s holistic yet practical, grounded in neuroscience, shaped by lived experience, and infused with the soul-level truth that your life was never meant to feel this hard, and you don’t have to keep carrying it alone anymore.
